Traditional Baule cloth from the Ivory coast, Africa.Each piece is approximately 40" x 60" however each cloth is unique and varies in size and quality.

This cotton fabric is hand woven in 6"-7" strips and sewn together . The textiles are dyed with Natural indigo. The weaving irregularity and variations in width and shading are a natural part of hand woven fabrics, enhancing its beauty.  

Please note: This fabric was dyed with real indigo, so we recommend prewashing with Synthrapol to prevent the dye from bleeding or crocking
